How To Use a St. Joseph Statue to Sell Your Home

3. Make sure the feet are pointing to the heavens. There are varying opinions among the faithful as to whether the statue should face the home, or away from it. I personally had it facing away. The location also varies, some say near the for sale sign, others say in the backyard and some say in a corner. If you live in a condo, you can follow the same steps, using a flower pot instead.

4. When the house sells, take the statue with you to your new home and place it in a visible place to give thanks for the sale.
